The UniQo professional cleaning trolley system
The UniQo system was born with 2 model of cleaning trolleys (model 4 e model 12) for a total of 8 models, 2 mops and a frame. It is distributed nationally by DMG and on foreign markets by Taxon. UniQo carries out the revolutionary pressure impregnation process of the special mops thanks to the special Blue bucket. It takes a maximum of 20 seconds, it can be calibrated on the size of the room, the type of dirt and the surface to be treated.

UniQo System project
The UniQo system is a project by PL Cleaning Innovation, a company which, as the name suggests, was born with the intention of studying and creating innovative, Made in Italy, high quality industrial cleaning products, bringing innovation to products by exploiting new technologies also by introducing automation into traditional processes.
PL Cleaning Innovation is partecipated by Taxon, a company present on the market with over 30 years of product know-how.
UniQo is the first system made up of trolleys, frame and mop developed by PL Cleaning Innovation that puts this philosophy into practice. 3 products expressly designed to respond to the request to face pandemic and contagion risks thanks to the completely redesigned, safe, fast and environmentally friendly impregnation and fringe management process.
How UniQo System works
Programmable cleaning trolley with few simple touch to set the impregnation on the rooms’ size, the floor porosity and the type of dirt. The management software defines the functions on the basis of the worksite and the environment to be sanitized. Each trolley can be set with a few simple touch, determining the succession and size of the rooms, the type of dirt and the surface to be maintained. The various models can be equipped with up to 3 special buckets: clean mops, impregnation and dirty mops.
UniQo system does not force the operator to bend down or get his hands dirty. With a simple movement controlled by the handle, UniQo Telaio assembles UniQo Frange from the clean Blue mop bucket to impregnate it. The mop is then inserted into the second Blue impregnation bucket, the real heart of the system, which through the 7 Bar pump and the 12 misting nozzles, impregnates it with the exact quantities of water and detergent set on the basis of the size of the environment to be deal with. After a few seconds (from 4 to 20), once the mop has been removed, the operator is ready to start his work.
Once the room has been sanitized and each room has been cleaned, the dirty mop is released into the Red bucket reserved for used ones, always acting on the grip of the special handle.
UniQo System always keeps clean mop and potentially infected dirty mop well separated, allows them to be replaced by completely eliminating the problem of cross-contamination.
